The electrode cap is the final component of the resistance welding system and is therefore subjected to the greatest stress in the welding process. Our electrode caps are manufactured according to various standards, our own developments and customer requirements. We manufacture the most common designs in cold extruded quality in accordance with DIN ISO 5821. Different, complex applications require deviations from the standard design of the welding cap.
